Caring For One Of Our Own
sarah hewould have been a second year and small group leader this year, but she was diagnosed with leukemia a few months ago and is currently at home in north carolina receiving treatment. please pray for her physical, spiritual, and emotional health. she will be receiving a transplant soon, which is logistically complicated and physically exhausting for both her and her family. please intercede on her behalf.

and consider getting registered as a bone marrow donor this wednesday at the reynold's club (9am-3pm)! minorities in america often have difficulty finding matches (sarah will be receiving an umbilical cord transplant since a bone marrow match wasn't found) because so few of us are registered. it's free and it only takes a few minutes to swab your cheek and get you registered.
